In local services trust is the conversion — disclosure raises it, not lowers it, and it is what EU AI transparency obligations require.

Four commitments

The Declared AI standard applies to every domain that carries the network badge.

Labelled AI

Every AI agent and every AI presenter is visibly labelled as AI on first surface. Visitors are never led to believe an AI is a person.

Named operator

Each instance discloses the operating company and the responsible human operator. The name behind the domain is on the record.

Human escalation

One-click escalation to a real human operator is available on every conversation surface, without dark patterns or forced deflection.

No synthetic reviews

Reviews, case studies and operator testimonials must be real. Sample or illustrative material is labelled as sample data in the UI.

Reviews, case studies and operator testimonials must be real. Anything illustrative — a sample instance, a modelled revenue figure, a placeholder operator — is labelled "sample" or "illustrative" directly in the surface where it appears. This applies to every route on the network and to any instance carrying the badge.
